Age, pregnancy, hormones and genetics affect breast tissue. Surgical procedures can augment, subtract and lift breast tissue in order to enhance the female body.
Boys and men may have swelling of breast tissue, often caused by a hormonal imbalance, medical conditions or medications. Gynecomastia surgery (male breast reduction) can correct the problem.

Breast Augmentation increase breast size
What is it? Breast augmentation is a very popular and common procedure that can increase your breast size by one or more sizes. By surgically inserting breast implants beneath the breast tissue or the chest muscle during breast augmentation, women can achieve larger, shapelier breasts. This type of breast enhancement is sometimes performed in conjunction with a breast lift. For some women, breast augmentation is a way to enhance self-image and self-confidence. For others, breast augmentation is part of breast reconstruction after surgery for breast cancer or other conditions affecting the breast.
Breast augmentation can dramatically improve the appearance of a woman’s breasts. During your breast augmentation consultation, you’ll learn more about your options for creating your ideal breast appearance, including:
- Implant size, style, and shape
- Implant material (silicone, gel or saline)
- Implant position (above or below the pectoralis muscle)
- Implant incision site
The goal is to create a natural and balanced look. Implant size, shape, style, and type of implant will be decided after a comprehensive examination and consultation.
Breast Lift restore breast position
What does it do? A breast lift is designed to recreate the appearance of firm and more youthful breasts. Whether from childbirth and breastfeeding, changes in weight, gravity, or the natural aging process, a woman’s breasts will change over time. These factors can result in sagging breasts losing their elasticity and firmness. Depending on the specific problems to be addressed, a breast lift procedure may consist of one or multiple procedures:
- Tighten skin to eliminate the sagging effect
- Reduce the size of the areola to keep them in proportion to the newly shaped breasts
- Move the nipple higher up on the breast so it is approximately even with the lower crease of the breast
A breast lift can be performed at any age, however it is recommend that women wait until breast development has stopped, a stable weight is achieved, and no future pregnancies are planned.
In some cases, when there has been significant loss of breast tissue, a breast augmentation can be performed in conjunction with the breast lift. A breast lift may also be done in conjunction with a breast reduction in order to restore a more natural look.
Breast Reduction reduce breast size
What does it do? There are several common techniques that may be utilized during a breast reduction procedure. The size and shape of your breasts, size of your areolas, and the desired reduction amount of the patient are factors that will determine the best technique for you. Incisions may be made in one or more ways:
- Around the areola
- Vertically downward from the bottom edge of the areola to the crease underneath the breast
- Horizontal beneath the breast and follow the natural curve of the breast crease
After removing excess breast tissue, fat and skin, the nipple and areola are shifted to a higher position. The areola, which in large breasts usually has been stretched, is reduced in size. Skin that was formerly located above the nipple is brought down to reshape the breast. Your surgeon will discuss beforehand with you which method to utilize for your desired outcome and individual circumstance.
